DELIVERY

All prices and charges are in Australian dollars. 

Shipping charges apply to all items excluding custom invitations. This is due to the custom sizes and quantities which impact on the weight and associated freight costs of these products. We will advise via email of shipping cost at time of ordering.

$150 and over FREE*
*Free freight does not apply to oversized items. Cost will be calculated at time of check out. Currently we are only able to offer delivery within Australia.

Delivery Estimates

Boutique Paperie makes every effort to ensure that orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of placing the order (business days only). We estimate delivery timeframes at approximately 7-10 working days). However the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock is available pending previous orders and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Boutique Paperie liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out, of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

Special Orders

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for special orders to be packed and shipped. These items are only ordered on request and orders are then placed with the supplier before they are shipped to you. If you have any concerns or would like to check timeframes, please email hello@boutiquepaperie.com.au and we can assist you with delivery estimates.

 

 

RETURNS

Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Before returning, please email us hello@boutiquepaperie.com.au with the your order number in the subject line. Please explain in the email the reason why you are returning the goods. If the goods are damaged, please include a photo showing the damage. Once approved, we will then email you with the return address. Initially, it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping and handling costs associated with returns.

Upon receipt of the goods in original condition, the charges will be credited to the original credit card used for the order. Please return the order by registered mail (not Express Post). It may take up to two weeks from the day you return your items to receive replacement goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you received them.

We must advise that there are no returns on sale items, personalised or special order items.
